Though we believe the email and the resulting agency instructions are improper, AFGE advises complying with VA Chief of Staff direction. If you are on paid leave or on RDO on 2/23 & 2/24, please contact your direct supervisor for further guidance if you wish to respond, including any overtime, leave restoration, or compensatory time to which you are entitled.
